Art Therapy is a method of expression that allows you to express thoughts, feelings, and ideas that at times can be difficult to put into words.
I’m a Registered Art Therapist which means that I will use art therapy with my clients if it fits their needs. There is never any pressure to use art therapy but many of my clients and patients enjoy it. Art therapy allows your subconscious mind to work out issues without much thought or effort.
Various art materials are used such as colored pencils, markers, and paints.
This is NOT always used in our sessions, but can be used if you are open to it and I am there to assist and help every step of the way.
