Come have a cup of coffee and sit with me to discuss what is on your mind.
My office is calm and comfortable and gives us a safe environment to discuss your concerns. Together we will find answers.
As I have lived my life, the one thing that I have found to be true for many, if not all people, is their need for relationship, connection, and purpose. I take this understanding and place it gently, with consideration and respect, into my counseling sessions with you as my client.
We, together build relationships, connections, and purpose for your day-to-day life.
I work from a cognitive-behavioral therapy perspective to explore how your thoughts, behaviors, and parts of self affect your relationships and your emotions.
We also explore your past to see if this has affected how you live today and how you view your world.
